According to astar.network, the project, which was first introduced last year, quickly captivated audiences with its unique blend of collecting and folklore, resulting in millions of on-chain transactions.

The relaunch of Yoki Legacy marks a significant development as it becomes part of the Soneium ecosystem. This transition aims to offer a fresh, dynamic, and interactive experience tailored for the Astar and Soneium communities. Yoki is not just a character but a gateway to a new era of collecting, with the added utility of the ASTR token.

What’s New in Yoki Legacy?
The new iteration retains the allure of cute and collectible characters, a core driver of interest in the character industry. Players can mint capsules using OMASTR tokens, each containing a Basic Yoki. Collecting all 12 different capsules completes a Notebook collection, and players can fuse three identical Basic Yokis to create an Evolved Yoki.
Rewards and Challenges
Yoki Legacy introduces several events and challenges, including collaborations with the Astar Contribution Score (ACS) campaign. Participants can earn rewards by holding specific Yokis, completing Notebooks, and engaging in seasonal challenges. The allocation of ACS points and their conversion to ASTR tokens offer additional incentives for active players.
