Wilder World’s #Wiami to Host Beeple Everydays in Metaverse-First Experience

Wilder World, an immersive 5D Metaverse and popular community, has teamed up with Metapurse to bring a new interactive Souk landmark to #Wiami. The Souk within #Wiami will be a complete Metaverse experience and bring together some of the most iconic NFT art, such as Beeple’s Everydays: The First 5,000 Days.

Everydays: The First 5,000 Days is most notably known for being one of the foundational works of art in the current NFT movement. Artist Mike Winklemann, otherwise known as Beeple, created a unique piece of digital art every day for 5,000 days, culminating in an associated NFT that sold for $69 million in a 2021 Christie’s auction. The buyer of this piece was none other than NFT collector MetaKovan, who is the founder of Metapurse. Together, Metapurse and Wilder World are making it possible to experience Everydays: The First 5,000 days in the Wilder World Metaverse.

The Souk will consist of a Metaverse-native superstructure that will house art, open-minded experientialism, music, and performance – all in one place. Within the Souk, visitors will be able to visit Metapurse x Wilder World 5D virtual EDM concerts with famed musicians, many of which will be household names. This is also where visitors can get an up-close glimpse at Everydays: The First 5,000 Days.

An Experience Built By Industry Visionaries

Wilder World is widely known for being at the forefront of the Metaverse movement, helping pioneer experiences that influence culture, from art to technology and more. The Souk will help bring all of these influences into one exhibition, presumably being one of the first Metaverse experiences for the millions of recent industry entrants.

In recent weeks, Facebook has announced its intention of focusing on the Metaverse in the future and Barron’s outlined the inevitable investment and participation from companies like Nvidia and Qualcomm who will help provide the necessary infrastructure to bring the Metaverse mainstream.

Despite the probable entrance from large institutions, what makes the Metaverse special in its current form is the engaged and passionate community that took early risks to bring this dream into fruition. Wilder World founder Frank Wilder has been at the center of this grassroots movement, adapting a long career in fashion, art, and design to digital experiences that are as visually appealing as they are holistically transformational.

Frank Wilder explains, “Wilder World is a New Dimension of Reality and Immersive 5D Metaverse built on Ethereum, Unreal Engine 5 and ZERO. Wiami will be the first city in Wilder World. Using lidar data we’ve created a 1 to 1 geographical replica of Miami, which is set in a nearby alternative dimension. Wiami is a Protopia that has a futuristic vibe playing off of 80s Miami, with a CyberPunk flair and a touch of fantasy. It will provide an expansive virtual environment for both Artists and Collectors to explore.”

Fans both old and new have the chance to experience this themselves with the upcoming #Wiami/Souk experience. The Souk is currently being constructed, with the first EDM concerts in #Wiami scheduled to go live in early 2022.
