MetaMask Card users can earn up to 13% back on purchases and enjoy Aave Boost on Linea, offering enhanced DeFi incentives.
Enhanced DeFi Rewards on Linea
MetaMask Card has introduced a range of enticing rewards for users engaging with decentralized finance (DeFi) on the Linea network, according to Linea. Holders of the MetaMask Card can now enjoy boosted yields and discounted borrowing rates on Aave, alongside cashback incentives on every card transaction.
Boosted Yields and Discounts on Aave
Users supplying liquidity on Aave can take advantage of a 2.4% boost on USDC deposits, while those borrowing USDC enjoy a 2.4% discount on the base Aave variable rate. These benefits are available for a combined balance of up to $5,000 per user. Beyond this threshold, standard Aave rates apply. Users can claim these boosts through a portal powered by Brevis, receiving USDC tokens directly into their wallets.
Cashback Incentives
In addition to DeFi yields, MetaMask Card users can earn 1-3% USDC cashback on purchases, with the highest rate requiring the MetaMask Metal Card. Furthermore, up to 10% Coinmunity Cashback is available in the form of DeFi tokens, memecoins, and NFTs. This decentralized, community-driven rewards program aims to revolutionize brand engagement by directly rewarding KYC-verified MetaMask Card users.
