Harvey, valued at $11B, launches in Singapore to meet soaring demand for legal AI in Asia-Pacific, partnering with top firms and institutions.

Harvey, the $11 billion legal AI powerhouse, has officially opened its Singapore office, marking a significant step in its Asia-Pacific expansion strategy. The move positions the San Francisco-based company to capitalize on the region’s growing demand for AI-driven legal services, particularly in international arbitration, M&A, and regulatory compliance.

Singapore, a leading hub for global legal services and international arbitration, offers Harvey a strategic foothold in the APAC legal market. “Singapore’s role as a center for international business, legal services, and technology innovation makes it a natural fit for Harvey’s continued expansion,” said John Haddock, Chief Business Officer at Harvey. The company’s local team will focus on legal engineering, customer success, and scaling its AI solutions across law firms and in-house teams.

Harvey has already secured a robust foothold in the region, counting WongPartnership LLP, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, and the Attorney-General’s Chambers among its clients. It also collaborates with the Singapore Judiciary to enhance case summarization tools. This builds on its broader APAC partnerships, including strategic alliances with PwC and law schools such as the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law.

This move follows a year of rapid growth for Harvey. In March 2026, the company announced a funding round led by GIC and Sequoia Capital, raising $200 million and boosting its valuation to $11 billion. It has also been expanding its enterprise capabilities, launching tools like “Command Center” to streamline AI adoption among legal teams. Earlier this year, Harvey acquired legal AI startup Hexus, further consolidating its dominance in the legal tech space.

Harvey’s generative AI platform is designed to automate labor-intensive legal tasks, from contract analysis to case research, enabling lawyers to focus on high-value advisory work. The platform is now used by 50 of the top AmLaw 100 firms and generates over $100 million in annual recurring revenue.

As AI adoption accelerates across APAC, Harvey’s Singapore office reinforces its commitment to being on the ground where its clients operate. The firm is also actively hiring in the region to support its growth. With offices in Sydney, Bengaluru, and now Singapore, Harvey is strategically positioned to meet the increasing complexity of cross-border legal work in Asia-Pacific.
