GeForce NOW adds Blizzard’s iconic games, including ‘Heroes of the Storm’ and ‘Warcraft: Remastered,’ to its cloud streaming service, enhancing gaming experiences.

GeForce NOW is set to enhance its cloud gaming offerings by adding a collection of Blizzard’s classic titles, according to the NVIDIA blog. This expansion includes popular games such as ‘Heroes of the Storm,’ ‘Warcraft Rumble,’ and various titles from the ‘Warcraft: Remastered’ series, providing gamers with a range of new experiences.

Blizzard Classics in the Cloud

Among the new additions, ‘Heroes of the Storm’ stands out as Blizzard’s unique take on the multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) genre. It features fast-paced team battles and a roster of characters from various Blizzard franchises, making it accessible yet deep for both newcomers and seasoned players.

‘Warcraft Rumble,’ a mobile action-strategy game, allows players to engage in battles using miniature versions of beloved ‘Warcraft’ characters. This game integrates elements of tower defense and real-time strategy (RTS), offering a variety of modes including single-player campaigns and cooperative dungeons.

The ‘Warcraft: Remastered’ series delivers a modern twist on classic RTS titles with improved visuals and updated features. Players can enjoy enhanced graphics while retaining the original gameplay, providing a nostalgic experience for long-time fans and an entry point for new players.

Additional Gaming Updates

In addition to the Blizzard titles, GeForce NOW has updated ‘Zenless Zone Zero’ with its 1.6 update, titled “Among the Forgotten Ruins.” This update introduces new agents, areas, and a revamped gameplay system, allowing members to stream the latest content without the need for downloads.

This week’s additions to the GeForce NOW library also include:

  • ‘Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector’ available on Xbox and PC Game Pass
  • ‘City Transport Simulator: Tram’ on Steam
  • ‘Dave the Diver’ on Steam
  • ‘Microtopia’ on Steam
  • ‘Orcs Must Die Deathtrap’ available on Xbox and PC Game Pass
  • ‘Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator’ on Steam
  • ‘Warcraft I Remastered,’ ‘Warcraft II Remastered,’ and ‘Warcraft III: Reforged’ on Battle.net
  • ‘Warcraft Rumble’ on Battle.net

This expansion is part of GeForce NOW’s ongoing efforts to provide a diverse and comprehensive gaming experience through its cloud platform, catering to a wide range of gaming preferences and genres.
