Common Ground World Launches Weekly Competition with $GALA Prizes

Gala Games has announced an exciting new weekly competition in its popular game, Common Ground World, offering $GALA prizes to top leaderboard finishers. The competition kicks off on August 6th at 10am PT.

For newcomers, this week presents an excellent opportunity to dive into the game and join a vibrant community. Each week, players compete for three days under a unique set of meta rules. The objective is to build an efficient town that produces and sells goods faster than the competition, ultimately aiming for a spot on the leaderboard.

Players can utilize a variety of in-game buildings and characters, as well as owned NFT items for an extra strategic advantage. NFT ownership allows for faster and more flexible gameplay, enhancing production and avoiding costly builds. Importantly, players actually own their NFT items, enabling them to list these items for sale on the secondary market at any time.

Town Hall This Friday

Gala Games will host a live Common Ground World Town Hall this Friday at 8am PT on their YouTube channel. These bi-weekly events are the perfect opportunity to get the latest updates and learn about upcoming game features. If you missed the last Town Hall, a replay is available on their YouTube channel.

The competition runs from 10am PT on Tuesday, August 6th to 10am PT on Friday, August 9th. This week’s goal is to Craft and Sell Chandelier Earrings, which will earn a significant Star Boost for this event only.
