A Scene can be designed in two styles: ‘Any Character’, which is adaptable to any character chosen by the user, and ‘Main Character’, which centers around a specific character’s personality and traits. Users are guided to define the setting, backstory, and player goals, craft an engaging introduction, and manage the Scene’s visibility settings.

Playing a Scene

Scenes offer a structured narrative, providing built-in context and roles that facilitate immediate engagement in role-playing. Users can browse Scenes created by the community or search for specific narratives. Each Scene allows users to select a character and participate in a guided story, promoting an interactive and fulfilling storytelling experience.

Ensuring Safety and Creativity

Character.AI emphasizes maintaining a safe environment for creativity. Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the platform’s Terms of Service and Safety Center to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.
