- Bitcoin price surpassed the USD 44,000 resistance.
- Ethereum is up over 8%, XRP is consolidating below USD 0.85.

Bitcoin price remained well bid above the USD 43,000 level. BTC extended its increase above the USD 43,850 and USD 44,000 levels. It is currently (11:54 UTC) showing positive signs near USD 44,400 and is up 5% in a day and 1% in a week.
Similarly, most major altcoins are gaining bullish momentum. ETH climbed further above the USD 3,080 resistance zone. XRP is still struggling to gain pace for a move above USD 0.850. ADA is approaching the USD 1.12 resistance zone.

Bitcoin price
After a close above USD 42,500, bitcoin price climbed above the USD 43,500 resistance and even surpassed the USD 44,000 level. If the bulls remain in action, it could visit the USD 45,000 level. The next resistance is near the USD 45,500 level, above which the price might rally to USD 46,800.
On the downside, an immediate support is near the USD 43,500 level. The next key support is near the USD 43,200 level, below which the price could continue to move down towards USD 42,500.
Ethereum price
Ethereum price settled above the USD 3,000 level. ETH recovered steadily and climbed above the USD 3,100 resistance, trimming its weekly losses to almost 1%. It is now facing resistance near the USD 3,120 level. The next key resistance could be near the USD 3,200 zone, above which it could rise to USD 3,320.
If there is a downside correction, the price might find support near USD 3,000. The next major support is near USD 2,950, below which the price could start a fresh decline.
ADA, BNB, SOL, DOGE, and XRP price
Cardano (ADA) is up almost 6% and there was a clear move above the USD 1.08 resistance. It seems like the price may possibly test USD 1.12. If not, it could dip and retest the USD 1.05 support.
Binance coin (BNB) is up 8% and the bulls were able to push the price above the USD 420 resistance. The next key resistance is near the USD 432 level, above which it could rise to USD 445.
Solana (SOL) rallied over 10% and settled above the USD 100 level. It is now facing resistance near the USD 105 level. The next key hurdle is near USD 112, above which the price might test USD 120.
DOGE is rising towards the USD 0.155 resistance. If there is an upside break, the price could rise towards the USD 0.165 level. If not, it could revisit the USD 0.142 support zone.
XRP price is moving higher and trading above USD 0.832. The main resistance is still near the USD 0.85 level. If the bulls remain active, the price could surge towards USD 0.92 or even USD 1.00.
Other altcoins market today
Many altcoins are up over 5%, including LUNA, AVAX, DOT, SHIB, MATIC, CRO, LTC, ATOM, LINK, UNI, NEAR, FTT, ALGO, and MANA. Out of these, MATIC is up almost 11% and is trading above USD 1.75. It’s still down 12% in a week. Meanwhile, AVAX is now up almost 7% in a week, after it rallied 13% in a day, surpassing USD 88.
To sum up, bitcoin price is rising steadily above the USD 43,500 level. If BTC surpasses USD 45,000, it could trade to a new monthly high above USD 46,500 or even USD 47,200 in the near term.
