The crypto market is showing more positive signs on Friday, with BTC inching higher above USD 50,000, while ETH returned to the USD 4,000 level, and multiple smaller altcoins are enjoying a double-digit rally.
At 12:14 UTC, BTC was almost unchanged in a day, while ETH advanced by 6%. DOGE rallied by almost 32% and is the second-best performing cryptoasset among the top 100 coins today.

Bitcoin price
In the past few hours, bitcoin price managed to stay above the USD 50,000 level and is now inching higher. BTC recovered around 7% from almost USD 47,000, reached yesterday. However, it’s still outperformed by multiple altcoins today.
Ethereum price
Ethereum price managed to get back to USD 4,000 and is now fluctuating around this level. ETH is now trading around 12% higher, compared with its lowest point yesterday. Also, ETH overtook BTC by trading volume in the past 24 hours (USD 75.5bn vs. USD 73.7bn).
BNB, LTC, DOGE, and XRP price
Binance Coin (BNB) is now recovering steadily, jumping from USD 545 yesterday to above the USD 600 level at the time of writing. The price is up by almost 2% in a day, trimming its weekly losses to less than 5%.
Litecoin (LTC) is following a similar recovery path and is now trading above USD 325, having increased by 2% in a day. The price dropped below USD 297 during a selloff yesterday.
Boosted by Coinbase and Elon Musk, Dogecoin (DOGE) rallied and flipped XRP, becoming the 4th largest cryptoasset by market capitalization again. It’s now trading above USD 0.54 and is seemingly eyeing more gains.
XRP price , now the 5th largest cryptoasset by market capitalization, jumped by almost 7% in a day, recovering all its losses yesterday. The price broke the USD 1.40 level, trimming its weekly loss to less than 13%.
Other altcoins market today
Meanwhile, more than ten altcoins in the top 100 club rallied by double-digits today. Besides DOGE, XLM, ETC, MATIC, HBAR, KLAY, and AR are by 12%-29%. Conversely, SNX, GT, and CRV are down by 2%-6%.
